All bed linen supplied and changed regularly including towels.
There is a large shared bathroom and kitchen and full use of utensils. The house is in very good condition and nicely decorated throughout. There is also full use of a lovely large garden and you will be able to park your car on the front drive of the house.
Close proximity to Hatfield and St. Albans . Access to M25, M1 and A1 are all excellent and it is a brief walk to the local pub, but a car is essential as public transport links are limited.
Please be advised this is a Monday- Friday let for single use only, no couples or sharers!
One months notice is required upon exit.
