Double Room in St. Albans City centre

We have a room available from the 20th July in the centre of St Albans in a 4 bed house. If 20th July is too soon then we can make it available from 20th August. There is some furniture in the room which you can have if you like or we can remove it before you move in. This includes a wardrobe, desk, futon and shelves.

The ground floor has a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom/toilet and shower/bath. 1st floor is three bedrooms and a toilet. 2nd floor is the last bedroom. There's also a nice garden at the back where you may smoke if you're a smoker. The house is no smoking though. There's no dedicated parking unfortunately, though you can put your name on a waiting list with the estate agent for a parking space in the car park behind the property.

Please note the house is let through an estate agent and all tenants will be on a joint contract with them. We'll do a 6 month contract first and maybe extend after that. The rent value of £470 is the amount we each pay into a central account that covers rent and bills. This occasionally goes up but not by much. The estate agent require a background and reference check. They also require the deposit and first months rent to be paid prior to 20th July.

We're fairly quiet people in general and we're looking for similar in housemates. We're into all the usual TV series and like chilling out at home watching those and films. In normal times we also head out into town to hunt out a good pub garden in the summer.
