Double room with lots of storage space in really cool laid back set up in St Albans all within a short walking distance to town.

Looking for a laid-back mature flatmate with a good sense of humour up for a laugh who would like to be part of a home rather than just a room. Previous flatmates have been with us for years and have developed into strong friendships.

All bills included with Smart T. V own room whenever you feel like chilling out in your own space.
New bathroom just installed with bath and shower. Parking not an issue either directly outside. Large garden well maintained with plenty of fresh herbs and plants that blossom well in the summer creating excellent relaxing environment for summer BBQ’s when the weather is good! Excellent leisure and gym facilities within a five-minute walk. Shop arcade directly opposite which is useful.

Current flatmates you will be joining are open-minded, hard working with good sense of humour, who love good food always cooking from scratch with dishes on offer when available always wanting to create a communal environment rather than individual one. Also love going out socializing in St Albans which it’s great for. While being pretty well disciplined during the week due to working long hours.
