The rent includes water and council tax. Electricity is shared and averages around £15 to £45 pcm depending on time of year. Broadband and TV are £13 a month at the moment.
The room is suitable for single occupation. No smoking and no DHS, and the flat is not suitable for tenants who work late shifts. Sorry.
