Great en-suite double room by St Albans station

Hi there, my housemate is moving away, and I’d really like to stay living in this lovely flat, so looking for someone to take her room so I’m able to renew the contract.

It’s a stunning flat – built only a couple of years ago, right by St Albans city station (endlessly handy!), with 3 balconies in total, and an underground parking space which I don’t currently use. The room available is a great size double, has an en-suite and a small balcony. While all of the appliances and wardrobes are built in, the flat is unfurnished, so you’d need to bring your own bed, but this is pretty much the only necessity! Once my housemate has taken her furniture, they’ll be a good amount of space in the living room/kitchen for you to bring other furniture along if you wish.

I’m a 24 year old professional working in St Albans, and I’d really love to share with someone of a similar age/background if possible, but am flexible. Also as it’s such a lovely flat, I’m keen to keep it that way, so would expect a clean and considerate housemate!

I often work quite long hours so am out of the flat a fair bit during the week but otherwise I’m sociable, enjoy cooking/baking and would be happy to hang out with my new housemate!
The room is £800 a month inc. bills and would be available 18th March 2017 (potentially some wiggle room!). Please contact me for any more details or to arrange visit.
