The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen which are in great condition, and there is also a washer dryer in the house and a separate drying room.
A cleaner comes in once a week to clean all the communal areas and the house has free wireless broadband installed.
Approximately 15-20 mins walk in to the town centre, 10 minutes walk to St. Albans station and with good access to the M1/M25 this house is well located for commuting.
All bills are included in the rent.
Due to HMO regulations this room is not suitable for a couple. EPC rating E.
