£690 pcm bills included- Double bedroom available in cosy flat in a block in the conservation area of St. Albans - next to the cathedral and park. The local area has lovely character pubs, Roman ruins, and the popular waffle house restaurant. It is very quiet here with a village atmosphere but the town centre is only a five minute walk away and city station is about 15.
It is possible to get a parking permit from the council for about £25 a year.
It is a two bedroom flat with shared bathroom and living areas and a galley kitchen. White walls and wooden floors throughout. There is lots of light and a very large communal garden. The garden and building are looked after by a management company and the neighbours are quiet.
I am looking for someone who is pretty chilled out at home. I work a lot and go out in London sometimes and when I am at home I like cooking and watching films. I also draw and do creative things - am a pretty relaxed and calm person and would like to live with someone similar.
