The room is a pretty large double bedroom (3.5 x 3.2 m), with a wall of closets (sliding mirror doors). The room can be taken unfurnished or furnished (my previous flatmate is offering the furniture he bought 1.5 years ago). The shared bathroom is clean and has good quality fittings. The kitchen and living room is also shared, and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, small kitchen table, some bookshelves, and a large TV. The kitchen is fully fitted out with good quality appliances, including dish washer and microwave. There's also a washer-dryer and plenty of storage throughout the flat! The flat comes with a parking spot. Space to lock a bicycle is available (unfortunately without roof). The flat is located on the second floor.

The flat is located between city centre and the station (St. Albans City). Both destinations are in 8 minutes walking distance. Bus stops are in the vicinity.

The bill for water is included in the rent. Your shared costs for electricity, broad band, and TV licence is about £50 in total. Council tax is £72.50 per person and month.

I'm a professional working at the University in Hatfield. I'm looking for a kind new flatmate. My days are often busy, but I would be up for some social activity (e. g. cooking together from time to time), especially on the weekends. I'm German and live in the UK for the last 3 years.

The flat is owned by a private landlord and managed through an agency (spacelettings).
