1 Newly Decorated double room (Stevenage)

I am recently purchased a 3 bed end of terrace with good sized garden corner plot in Stevenage. The house has undergone a complete refurbishment and will be ready to rent from 9 Nov 2019. With this in mind, I am looking to have a tenant move in from 9th Nov 2019 onward. The house has had new floors, walls, new kitchen, new bathroom, new combi boiler, new re-wiring of whole house etc... A viewing of the property can be arranged.

I am a professional lady (just turned the big 50) young at heart and work in the City of London. I will also have another lodger, Anita (27) who is also a professional within the accounting industry. We are both very friendly and sociable but at the same time we respect each other's spaces and are very clean and tidy, and we seek the same in the new lodger please!

I also own a small female miniature Schnauzer dog, Ellie, who is old but very friendly and cute. Along with 1 cat, Bagheera, who just loves affection. So if you're an animal lover that will be a bonus!

Please only apply if you're looking to move into a room around the begin/mid Nov 2019 time of year. I would prefer long-term but would consider shorter lets.
