Double Bedroom - Lovely Clean Home

We are looking for a new roommate to rent the spare bedroom in our home. The only people living here are me and my girlfriend so it is not a crowded house. We also have two small pugs called Rupert & Reggie who are very friendly and not a hassle. The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom that we have recently redecorated. We have repainted the room, had the door replaced on the room and the wardrobe and we have put up new curtains. We have also bought a brand new mattress and desk. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe with a hanging rail and coat pegs. You will have access to everything in the house including: brand new double oven, large American style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, computer and printer. We also have a good sized private garden and parking on the road. We have the full Sky TV package with entertainment, movies, sports, BT sport as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime which will be available to use. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet. We are clean people and keep things tidy. We don't mind smokers but they will have to smoke in the garden. We're looking to get someone in for when our current roommate moves out on 25th March so please message me with any questions.
