Room 2, a large double room will be available to move in within the next 2-8 weeks. This is a flexible move in date we can negotiate with our current occupant. Please do note that the video is NOT room 2, the video is showing room 4 that now has been let.

The Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, high-speed wireless broadband, and cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas. There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance. Single occupancy only. There is one bathroom with bath shower toilet, and there is also a separate toilet with basin.

The house has a modern gloss finish kitchen/diner with two tall fridge freezers, a washing machine, microwave, electric oven, and gas hob. There is also a kettle and a toaster for you to use. The dining area has a table and chairs. Reasonably new carpet, double glazing & decoration throughout the house. Modern furniture.
The front garden overlooks the green/park area. The fenced back garden is laid with concrete, which makes an ideal patio area. There is ample parking in parking bays all around the property and on the road. If you have a bicycle you may use the shed where we can help the housemates to store up to 1-3 bicycles.

Room 1: Extra-large double room that also accommodates a living area, double bed with mattress, bedside cabinet, a two-door wardrobe. We may be able to put in a two seater sofa, but if you have a 3-4 seater sofa you can also bring your own.

The house is in the St Nicholas area of Stevenage. It is within very easy access of Lister Hospital, the A1M motorway and ten town centres . Local shops and bust stops are 2 minutes’ walk.
- Canterbury Way - Lister Hospital: 4min by car | 8min by bicycle | 30min by bus or walking
- Canterbury Way - Train Station: 4-7min by car | 14min by bicycle | 15min by bus | 42min by walking
- Canterbury Way - Old Town Centre: 4min by car | 7min by bicycle | 27min by bus or walking
