I am a private live-out landlord with a double ensuite room (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) available to rent in my house in Merrick Close, in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband.

The house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

There is a kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawer, built in wardrobes, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.

Parking is available, either by allocated space or on-road parking.
