I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor single room available to rent in my house in Merrick Close in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.

This room is available to a professional, who is a non smoker.

All bills are included in the rental.

The house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

There is a kitchen diner is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.

Parking is available, either by allocated space or on-road parking.
