This is the second biggest bedroom in a 3 bedrooms very high-ceiling apartment
The bedrooms are all double, the other 2 are occupied by 2 females. The apartment is on the second floor and has its main access (shared with only 1 more apartment - on the first floor) in the entire building.
The apartment has an open kitchen/diner & living room, bathroom (with bath), little cupboard room (we keep a washing machine, moped etc), corridor (where there is a little space to dry our clothes if you don't want to dry them in your room) and it is only 2 minutes walking distance from the train station and the bus station.
About us:
We are clean, fun, respectful and easygoing. We are out of the house from around 8/8:30 am. One of us is a full-time student and away alternate weekends and most of the school holidays. About myself, I am out a lot from Mondays to Fridays because of work. Due to our commitments, we do get early quiet bedtime during the week most of the time.
We would be looking for a respectful, responsible & mature person as everything in the house is our own, therefore everything (including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher)& all repairs are at our expense etc.
This means you would have to be someone who can look after the place as if it were your own, particularly cleaning after yourself - after cooking, showering etc.
Under this consideration, we don't have a cleaning routine which is why is so important we all clean after ourselves instead :)
Also ideally you would be someone who is considered when spending time in the bathroom during specific times, such as morning when a bit of rush time for the rest of us going to work/school.
In exchange you get a good sized very bright double bedroom with huge windows, 1 double bed, big sized mirrored 2 sliding doors wardrobe, little table & chair, floor lamp etc...
Full use of all kitchen appliances and your own space in the kitchen cupboards, fridge, and freezer, in an amazing primary location. The high ceilings apartment make it very bright,
We also put £5 per month each in a pot for us 3 to have access when/if we need to buy things we all use in the apartment (kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, disinfectant cleaning products, bin bags, etc)
On another note, we have a very friendly little pug, she is only 3 kg but she doesn't jump on furniture or couch etc, she is tiny and not able to jump anywhere even if she wants to. Lol

Ps. Ideally we are going to give each other 3-month trials to make sure we are a good match if you are looking for long-term staying.
We are happy to consider short-term too, with a reviewed monthly rent. If we pre-agree you can stay between 3 to 6, with 1 month deposit.

Council Tax is the only thing NOT included. So that will be your own responsibility.
