Provided is a double bed with bedding and towels, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV. Also a desk if required.
Sharing all facilities: Kitchen/diner, Living room. Your own space in the kitchen, use of washing machine, cooker, microwave, crockery, cutlery and fridge/freezers.
Bathroom soon to be permanently shared with just one other.
All bills included: Gas, electric, water, Council tax and Broadband.
Rent is payable monthly in advance via Standing order.
We require 1 month's rent as a refundable deposit.
