Looking for a roommate to share a terraced house

I'm looking for a roommate in this 4 bedroom terraced house situated in Great Ashby. There would only be two of us living there, which should allow for plenty of peace and quiet, and hopefully make our lifes easier! The rent figure includes all bills, fibre broadband, a fortnightly cleaner, and use of all amenities.

You will have access to your own furnished bedroom and bathroom, as I will be using the ensuite. Shared spaces pictured include a living room with TV, fully featured kitchen, and a dining room.

I'm a software engineer by trade, mostly working from home and up at sociable hours. I'm looking for someone who is respectful of the shared spaces but also hopefully whom I might share some interests with.

Guests are ok on occasion - but I'd like to get to know you a little better first before agreeing. I do also sometimes have family or friends visitng overnight.

If you'd like a private office space to work from home, there is the option to take over the third bedroom which I currently use as my own home office. I would be happy to relocate my desk to the living room if you prefer to have a more private working space as well.
