Comfortable small double / large single room to rent, immediately available.

I am a live in landlord and you would live in my family home with me, my son, my daughter and our 6yr old, quite large mixed breed rescue dog.

Location is Chells SG2. Room available immediately for as long as required and would suit professional or student.

Nice walks nearby, close proximity to Fairlands Valley Park, local shops just a five/ten min walk, bus stop five mins walk with regular direct service (10-15mins) to bus station/train station, running from very early morning until late at night.

The room is furnished, with a small double bed, chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe, TV, laminate flooring and blind at window. Parking is available (first come first serve basis). Shared facilities include large kitchen/diner, front room/lounge, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, downstairs separate WC and upstairs full bathroom with WC, bath/shower and sinks. We have a large garden also.

Would consider a couple, but as you would expect, at an increased rental rate to cover additional utility bill usage etc, can be discussed.
