No council tax due to student flat.

If you are a non-student, the room with council tax is £638.36 + £40 bills. (Since I am splitting the bill).

After 24th August, the room price may increase. Unfortunately, every room this year was £600. Our flatshare decided to change the rooms rate.

The council tax of Band C £2027.81 will have to be paid (this year it's this price, a 25% discount if you are the only non-student). If you're sharing with non-students you'll cut this total tax with them. Students don't take on council tax. Please contact the landlord.
