One room available in a 3-bed rented house. Mon-Fri let.

You can choose between the single or double room, I’ll take the other. Both rooms have built-in storage.

The house has two bathrooms (main bathroom upstairs with shower over bath, and a downstairs WC), shared living room and kitchen, plus a garden. Free parking available. Virgin Media Gig1 Fibre broadband included.

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate professional, ideally working full-time, who’s comfortable living in a family home.

I work from home and have two school-age children here part-time. They’re well behaved and evenings are usually quiet from around 8pm. Because of the kids, I ask that guests don’t stay overnight.

I’m friendly and easy going, enjoy gaming and watching shows, and generally keep to myself. I value a clean, respectful environment where shared spaces are looked after.
