Rooms to rent in house

I have a 2 bedroom house in Stevenage (postcode Sg11rp), my daughters have left home and I spend a lot of time at my boyfriends although I work from home 3 days a week. I am planning on renting out the two double bedrooms and keeping the living room for myself. I currently have a couple of diy projects I am finishing such as decorating the hallway area and will replace the interior doors with lockable ones for everyone’s privacy and security but there is a lovely new kitchen and bathroom in the house and a big garden.
