The house has a nice kitchen and a utility area with a separate washing machine and dryer. There is a large Fridge Freezer for rooms to share.
The house is located in a leafy area of Pin Green with a bus stop a minute away (bus 2/3) with less than 10 mins journey to the city centre and the train station.

The rent includes: council tax, all bills (electricity, gas, water and all internet services) and cleaners who clean the kitchen and all communal area's every fortnight.
