A room only rental with use of the kitchen and dininng room. It is a large double room in a comfortable home. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with allocated parking outside. There is a TV with a virgin basic package as well as Virgin broadband. In the room you have plenty of storage space including a built in wardrobe, a tall slim cupboard, a large bookcase, a large set of 3 drawers and small bedside table with three drawers. There is also a comfortable chair.

I'm a busy professional and will be the only other person permanently living in the house. We would share the kitchen and dining area as well as the bathroom which has a double power shower.

I'm looking for a busy, employed person like myself who is happy to share the house on a room only basis.

You would be a short walk from Stevenage Old Town. You can also walk to the Train Station and The Lister Hospital. There are two different bus routes within 2-3 minutes from the house.
