THE HOUSE: a newly fitted modern shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and a big Rangemaster oven. There is a lovely secure south facing rear garden, perfect for the summer months ahead and BBQ season.

PARKING is available in parking bays in front of the property and alongside the road.

LOCATION: Quiet Broadwater cul de sac area. 7 minutes walk to the local shop or 3 minutes by car to Tesco Superstore. 10 minutes in the car to the town centre or the old town. There is a bus stop 3 minutes from the front door which will take you to the town and the train station.
