Our HMO license from the local authority does not allow us to accept couples, & pets are not allowed. Students will be required to pay the full term upfront.

SHORT LETS - will be considered and attract a premium of 30%. Minimum term considered is 3 months as we cater for long term accommodation & it's not fair to bounce random purple in and out of someone's home. (That's what Airbnb is for and is priced accordingly)
