There is a shower and cassette toilet in it, fridge, full size cooker with hobs, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, heaters, basic kitchen ware etc
Price is inclusive there are no other bills except additional elect over spend on £20 given per month period
No pets at all
You must be working and prove this with payslip, if you are not do not apply
This is not a shared property your own front door, also small courtyard outside with table and chairs.
Space to park a car included
Set in a yard behind coded gate so very secure.
There is also a separate porta loo on site too.
