Double room available my family home. £ £600 month all bill included. i am a live-in landlord and I work as a social care . I am friendly but also like my privacy and respect the privacy of our tenant.

My home is quiet and tidy and I am looking for a similar person. Someone I can trust and feel comfortable living with. The new tenant needs to have normal working hours and not be working from home.

This home would suit a person who doesn't party/smoke ect and doesn't plan on having guests over. The very occasional guest can be discussed case by case but we like our space and don't want to share it with more than one other person. Please consider this carefully before contacting us as its not negotiable.

I also have central heating throughout and a power shower, local shops and Waltham Cross shopping centre which is a 10 minute walk and has plenty of shopping options, food, clothes ect. Waltham Cross train station is also 10 minutes walk away and has direct links with Tottenham Hale (10 minutes), Stratford and London Liverpool Street.
