This is a quiet room at the back of the house on the first floor. It is furnished with a single bed and large fitted wardrobe.

There is a large lounge with sofas. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and lots of fridges & freezers.
All the house is double glazed with full gas central heating.

The rent includes council tax (band E), water and fast 350MB Virgin Business internet. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats.

You will be dealing directly with me the landlord so there are no extra fees or useless agencies. I am a full time landlord so will always respond quickly to your needs.
