We are renting a double room in our spacious 3 bedroom house which has a large garden, is only a 10 minute drive from Watford Junction (or about 20 minutes on the bus) and Watford Town centre. It is also a short drive away from Luton airport, Heathrow Airport and lots of businesses and companies in Watford Town Centre. Watford Intu centre provides everything you would need and there are local shops just a few minutes walk away like a small supermarket, post office, fish and chip shop and other local amenities. We have a parking spot available for you just infront of the house or even on the driveway and it's a nice quiet green area close to parks and walks. Close to Harry Potter studios, Warner Bros, ASOS and many other companies.

Viewing highly recommend as house is nice and large with big kitchen including all kitchen utensils, 2 bathrooms, large sitting and dining area, 55inch smart television, your own small fridge to use.

Room includes computer desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinets. For single occupancy only (no couples or overnight guests).

Available for 1 month initially but will consider extending month by month for working professional ideally (if agreed upfront and assuming all is satisfactory after first 1 month). Available immediately,
