Don't rely on the pictures to get a good idea and feel for this offer, it's worth viewing. The first room is a big double 3.50 m X 3 m with a fitted wardrobe. It is at the rear of the house overlooking a stunning garden. The other is slightly smaller, with good storage and is at the front of the house.

It is a quiet home fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, kitchen equipment, utensils etc. The common areas are deep cleaned once a month at no extra cost. Also shared utensils, pots, iron, and iron board provided.

Shops, a Pharmacy, Supermarkets (Tesco, Nisa, Lidl opening soon), GP Surgeries, a range of food shops and other amenities are within walking distance, and Carpenders Park Train Station, London Overground, the main bus in the No.8 to Northwood and Watford.

The rent includes all bills (broadband, heating, water etc). If you are interested, there is a multi-room Sky Q box which you can have connected with most of the Sky channels including Sky Movies for £25 per month.

IMPORTANT NOTE: With the unpredictable cost of gas and electricity in the coming months, I am not looking for someone who is working full-time from home.
