If you and a friend each wanted to take a bedroom it would lower the price for both and my roommate who is staying on. The two of us have been sharing it with the third bedroom empty and that's what the price here represents. The whole apartment was renovated right before we moved in. The super is amazing. Shared kitchen, light filled living and dining room, and separate shower and toilet rooms.
My friend is an amazing roommate- she's very clean, a great communicator, and very thoughtful. I'm looking for someone who she would feel safe and comfortable with.
In addition to the rent (which includes wi-fi) there are bills for water, electricity, and gas coming to about £175 total.
We are on a convenient street with lots of shops. We are a 3 minute walk to Watford High Street. Easy walk (and buses available as well if you choose) to Watford Junction and Watford High Street train stations. Looking forward to hearing from you!
