Have a small furnished room to rent out in quiet/Northwood end of South Oxhey. There is space on drive for a car and down stairs has an extension built so plenty of room to relax. Internet and bills included. Must like dogs as I have a very good natured German shepherd who has good manners. I work full time and usually home by 3pm. Im relaxed and easy going. Two TVs down stairs if space needed plus a PC/laptop workstation should you need to do any work.
Expectations: respect the house, set basic boundaries and try to get on. I might also test out some of my cooking on you!!
