Posting this ad for double room in my parent's family home in Watford.

Renting out as they are planning to go care for family abroad for long periods of time, but are happy to live with lodgers upon return.

Room 1:
Double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, small desk and storage unit in the room. Comfortable bed and small working space within the room.

General house features:
KItchen, bathroom, dining area and conservatory all available for communal use, fully furnished and equipped. The living room and third bedroom is still required for my parents' living and storage in the UK.

Double glazed windows and central heating throughout the house.

We do currently have a labrador in the house, who is a bit older and is very friendly, but does shed quite a bit. He never goes upstairs where the bedrooms are however.

Gas and electric bills, council tax and water utility to be split between tenants and landlord, other bills already included in cost.

Big Morrisons about 2 mins walk away from the house, corner shop, and pharmacies about 5 min walk away.

Bus stop to town and Watford Junction Station less than 1 min walk, takes about half an hour to walk to town.

Watford Underground Station also a 20min walk away.

Open to renting to single professionals, potentially mature students.
