Hi! I’m looking for friendly, responsible tenants to share my lovely house, just 5 minutes from Carpenders Park Station. There are three double bedrooms available:
Large Room (Standard Size): £700/month for a couple or one person
Box Room (Double Bed): £550/month for one person
The house has a shared kitchen and bathroom, a lovely garden, and 2–3 parking spaces. All bills are included (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax) for a hassle-free stay.
I’m hoping to find tenants with a stable income, for example professionals or individuals currently working. Couples are welcome, but all friendly, tidy, and respectful tenants will be considered.
