All bills are included and house has broadband and cable TV. Professional cleaner every fortnight (cleaning all rooms including your bathroom) included in the price.

Offered without permanent parking, would therefore suit somebody working in Watford town centre or commuting from Watford Junction by train. However on-street parking is available right out the front for any visitors you have, with guest parking vouchers which can be provided to you.

Looking for somebody friendly, reasonably clean, who is happy to have the odd chat or watch some TV, but equally content with their own company.

Mon-Fri considered (at £450/month) and on-street parking could be provided in that case.
