Large clean house. Looking for one additional considerate house mate to share this house. The house has a large communal sitting room, large kitchen, toilet upstairs and downstairs conservatory and garden. Convenient location. Bus stop outside house takes you to Watford in 5 minutes and train station is 5 minutes walk and takes you into central London in 20 minutes. Also it is 2 stops to Watford Junction. Very convenient location which is near to row of local shops and a Tesco to pick up last minute groceries. You can be as private as you like or can mix downstairs in the communal sitting room, conservatory or garden. There is plenty of room so as not to be on top of each other. I would like tenants who will look after the house as if they owned it. The most important aspect being that it is a shared house therefore all shared amenities must be left spotless after use for the benefit of each other.

The house has a lovely feel about it and am sure whoever rents it will be very happy! It would probably suit somebody reasonably mature in their outlook who wants a quiet space and privacy!
This is a shared household so it would be expected as part of the agreement that the bathroom, kitchen and other communal areas are kept spotlessly clean after use.
