This room is suitable for only ONE person to live in on a full-time basis.

You would need to put down a deposit of £700.00.
1 months’ rent upfront regularly paid on around the 1st of every month.

Minimum rental period 3 Months

The Owner, (landlord) is extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. They provide all cleaning products for the communal area. They also clean the communal area periodically and look after the garden and any repairs needed.

Transport and shopping are excellent if you need to travel to London or St Albans or Milton Keynes or anywhere between you can get there very easily.

There is a big Sainsbury’s and Asda superstore fifteen and the Watford Shopping precinct is two miles away.

Very Close to Warner Brothers, Leavesden Studios, M1 & M25 also ASOS. There is a bus route from Maytree Crescent or Courtland’s Drive Shops which goes to Watford Junction and town center.

There is a driveway, it is a first-in-first served base, but there is free off-street parking just around the corner.

Garden is maintained with a patio set and BBQ for all tenants and friends.

The current housemates are all like-minded people, kind sociable & more importantly respectful to all.

I am looking for someone who is employed, clean & tidy, reliable, and able to treat the house as there own...
