5 minutes walk from town and the station, just off Broadwater Road. Town is accessed via the station footbridge . It is a semi detached 4 bedroom property.

Clean tidy sociable non-smoker wanted. The room has a triple wardrobe, a double bed, and bedside table, as well as a TV socket too.

The house has:
2 bathrooms. One of which is shared with my other tenant.

4 bedrooms - there is a spare smaller bedroom, where people can come and stay when visiting for short periods of time, if pre-arranged.
Kitchen with breakfast bar, washer dryer and dishwasher. The tenant would have half a fridge and freezer, one cupboard, and black plastic drawers-- to store their things in)

Garden with shed - and storage for bikes
2 car port spaces (one is in use by me, the other is available)

The total cost of the room per month is £600, including all bills (council tax, internet, phone line, water, gas, electricity).

There is a deposit required of £600 before moving in. The: lounge, kitchen, shed, garden, and car port are communal areas that all housemates have access to all of the time.
