Modern one bedroom apartment, fully furnished on the 2nd floor via lift - situated in the heart of Welwyn Garden City! Short Term Only. Looking for someone to stay one month in Novemeber.

Easy access into London Kings Cross in 28 mins! Just a 8 min walk to the station.

The apartment offers a modern double bedroom with a double wardrobe, chest of draws, dressing table/ desk and bedside table with a lamp. Suitable for 1 person or a couple short term.

A spacious lounge, with a brand new velvet cloud Snug sofa, 55" TV with Roku and a breakfast bar - as well as coffee table, plants and my own decorations and artwork.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all utensils and even stocked cupboards (help yourself, and replace as you go)

Also in the utility cupboard there is a washer/dryer - clothes rack, Hoover, small clothes steamer and the huge electric boiler for the hot water / heating.

A tiled bathroom with power shower over bath, mirrored cabinet and draws under the sink.

The rate is fully inclusive all utilities. Please bring your own towels and bed linen / duvet.

Live out landlord looking for a short term rent (4weeks). Will be keeping all of my possessions here but there will be space for clothes ect, again can discuss these.

Only a 8 min walk to town and the train station via the bridge which goes to Finsbury Park, London Kings Cross and London Moorgate. Also close to the A1 / M25. Near Herefordshire uni.

Audio visual intercom system and well maintained communal areas with CCTV.

All bills included (council tax, electricity, water meter, WiFi) please be thoughtful on usage for water as on a meter and electric otherwise will have to cover the overcost, which will be taken from the deposit. Same for any damage or not left clean, please get a cleaner in before you leave.

Local amenities - Aldi down the road, Tesco Express behind and a local pub within a few mins walk. Plus the town is a short walk away where there are almost all supermarkets and clothes shops, nice restaurants and pubs.

If a parking space is needed, I can source one for £15 a week additional. This would be paid up front and permit given on exchange of keys.

Letter from your current employer confirming job title and salary or bank statement / reference from last place you rented.

Deposit: payable by bank transfer or cash. Your deposit is refundable when you leave as the following conditions are met:
- your rent is paid in full
- the apartment is left in the same condition as when you moved in (Clean) otherwise £100 cleaning fee will be taken.
- no damage is done / everything is still there
- keys & permit are returned
- pay rent on time, on date you intend to move in (all bills inc)
- no smoking in flat or building. ( deposit will not be given back If rule is broken)
- inventory in check, let me know of damage and this will be deducted If you haven't fixed or replaced.


Electric only, so please ensure all electronic devices are switched off (except fridge/freezer)

Rent and deposit payable upfront before keys are handed over for full length of stay (£1500 + £1000 deposit)

I'd like someone that is clean and tidy, don’t mind couples, doesn't smoke and if you have a small pet I’ll consider it.
