Hello, we have a furnished double room available. We are looking for a female professional who doesn't work from home. This is a family setting home (mother and grown up daughter). Our 3 bedroom property is located in Welwyn Garden City and is a 15 minute walk from the Howard Centre and train station, which gives easy access to London.

We are also in close walking distance to co-op, QE II hospital, Peartree surgery, Goslings gym and stanborough lakes.

The double room is spacious and has a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. The living room is not shared but the kitchen/washing machine and garden patio are available. The patio is open for outdoor sitting.

We prefer pet lovers, so somebody fine with pets would be suitable. We have a warm, friendly and tidy household.

We are looking for a long-term, respectful lodger. We don't permit lodgers to bring guests over.
