Large double room close to the town centre with 10 min walk to train station approx.
Shared living room / Kitchen , I have Netflix available. I like the flat to be clean and tidy but understand we all have times of not washing up that one glass.
Plenty of space in a large fridge freezer for your own food to go in. Additionally, lots of kitchen appliances available. No dishwasher.
The room has a comfy double size bed. You will have your own toilet that has a bath/shower and this will only be used by you and your guests/my guests if you have a friend or family member over. I have my own en-suite.
This space is my sanctuary, hopefully yours too so please be respectful of the peace I've created there.
The building is safe and secure with code entry and I’ve got a video doorbell.
All bills with be included and you can use my broadband of course. This will be under a lodger term, not tenant.
