Comfy room available in WGC

I have a very comfortable double room available for weekday let. The price advertised is for an assumed occupancy of 4 nights a week, I am open to discussing this if you need fewer nights per week.

The bedroom comes kitted out with a comfy double bed with brand new bed linen, wardrobe and drawers, where you can are welcome to leave some belongings over the weekends, TV with access to all the usual platforms, two windows on to a roof garden provide good lighting, and a side board which doubles as a dressing table.

You will have sole use of the main bathroom in the property (I have my own en suite) and this comes with both bath and shower, and a large mirror with excellent lighting for make up.

The living space is open plan and boasts comfy seating, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a dining space. We have underfloor heating and the flat is always cosy and warm. There is a balcony for summer and you will meet the friendly resident cat.

The flat is situated just across the footbridge from WGC train station so transport links are excellent and commuting in to London is very easy. You can be in Kings Cross in as little at 30 mins.
