The house has been finished to a high standard throughout, with a modern kitchen, open dining/living space, and a clean, comfortable feel. Easy parking available and good transport links nearby.
You’ll be sharing with a live-in owner who works full-time, so the home is generally calm, tidy, and well looked after. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate person who will treat the place like a home.
🐾 I also have two friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.
