I’ve got a furnished double room available in a relaxed, friendly flat. I’m a 40-something professional, with a small, well-behaved Cockapoo called Teddy, who is hypoallergenic (no shedding).

The room is fully furnished and you will have your own private bathroom, with shower over bath.

Shared aminities: fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living / dining room, tastefully decorated.

Bills included (except electricity, which is shared).

I’m looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and respectful of the space, someone who’s happy to live in a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat.
