Thanks for watching! We are a young professional couple. Looking to let a spare single room in a three bed house. Trust, honesty and cleanliness are our main principles. We would like to find easy going and friendly tenant. The room has a single bed with two drawers and orthopedic mattress, and a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves plus a very big wardrobe compartment with three deep shelves. Great for clothing, suitcases, and other personal items. Also there is a nice table and chair. Please note, it has just been redecorated and new floring installed.
Freeview TV and super fast broadband included as well as all bills. Kitchen, living room and garden, shared bathroom and downstairs toilet for common use. Viewings to be agreed starting from 18th of October. We can't do earlier.
House is located 7 min walk to the station from where you can get to Kings Cross in 30 min.
