We are looking for a professional to rent this fantastic room , ideally working at least 5 days a week normal working hours or longer.
Rent also includes all bills , driveway parking and a cleaner once a fortnight.
House rules are:
Only one visitor at a time up to 11pm, no overnight stays
No food in bedroom
Tidy up after yourself.
Lovely location to unwind after work.
First to see will have it, previous 2 lodgers were first to view. 1 month rolling contract.
