Double room in 3 bedroom friendly flatshare

Hi everyone, we have a 3 bed friendly easygoing flatshare and one of us is moving away for a new job, so we're looking for someone new to join us in sharing the flat :)

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, deep wardrobe and garden views. There's no lounge, but there is a large kitchen with breakfast bar for eating, large private garden and incredible views of the countryside.

Great shower and never an issue with the bathroom not being free.

We like to keep the place peaceful and clean so would like to find someone who also appreciates this and so e. g. will clean up after they've cooked and keep music etc to low volumes.

We respect each other's privacy and space.

There's a bus stop 1 min walk from the flat with frequent buses to local towns.

Wheathampstead is a great little village with a really lovely big cafe called Brewhouse, a bakery with amazing coffee, thai. chinese, indian, best pizza i've ever had and a gorgeous park with river Lea running through it.
