You’ll have shared access to:
• A clean bathroom with good shower and bath
• Fully functional kitchen
• Comfortable living room

I’m not at the flat full-time, so it’s generally a calm home environment and often very quiet. If you work from home, you’re also welcome to use the living room table during the day for extra space.

I work as a teacher, so my routine changes slightly during school holidays, but the flat remains a relaxed and respectful place to live.
