Two double bedrooms in rural haven

I’m looking for two tenants (separate or together) to live in my two spare bedrooms, could be on a fairly short-term basis or longer! I’ve had lodgers before successfully. I’ve lived here for nearly 20 years, and now two of my children have gone off to university, I’m looking to rent their rooms. Since we live in a village, a car is essential to live here. Off road parking is included.

The house is a 5 bedroom detached which we designed and built ourselves. It has a modern, open, spacious feel in a rural setting with a big garden and lovely views. The rooms are fully furnished and the house has good amenities, a dishwasher, garden with fire pit. The first bedroom is en-suite with a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and bookcase. The second room has a double bed, and a double built in wardrobe with hanging space. There is also a chest of drawers and a desk. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared. You and the other tenant would share your own lounge, which has a TV with Netflix. The spacious kitchen is shared. The house is cleaned professionally once a month.

I live here alone with my 17-year-old daughter who is doing her A-levels. I’m an acupuncturist who works locally two days a week and two days a week at home. We have a very cute, friendly border collie called Buddy, so dog-lovers welcome!

I’m looking for someone who works during the day as I treat patients at home so need a quiet house. It would suit a professional who just wants to have their own space in the evening. I’d like someone who is considerate of my working practice and my daughters’ studies and who has their own interests.
