The rent includes all bills .. All electric, water, great speed fibre optic broadband and council tax.
For two people sharing the rent will be an extra £75pcm due to council tax being more and hot water/electricity usage.
Tenants must be clean and tidy. A cleaner is available at £15per hour including cleaning products.
