Owner has a lovely 3 bedroom home in Dalchreichart, off the A887, about 8 miles west of Invermoriston on Loch Ness.
A beautiful rural setting.

The house has en suite facilities in all three bedrooms. Set in its own grounds, with deck and patios, there is generous area for parking. The outlook includes a lochan, fields, forests, woodland and the surrounding high mountains.

If you want to stay with me, you need to be tidy, responsible and contribute some effort to keeping the communal areas clean, as well as your own room and bathroom. House is relatively new and very nicely furnished. The weekly fee includes all bills, electricity, oil and council tax, except your additional landline phone calls. The landline service is on an evenings and weekend package. During day make calls using the internet. Mobile reception here is very patchy indeed.

Owner is retired teacher/outdoor educator.

Dalchreichart is just under one hour from Fort William, Inverness and Kyle of Localsh. Fort Augustus is 25 minutes away, Drumnadrochit 30 minutes. There are no services in Dalchreichart village itself. Trees for Life estate at Dundreggan is about 2 miles away. You need transport to live here.

Will consider a couple, in which case £600 pcm . Rent payable monthly in advance and an initial deposit is required. Month notice either way to quit. A written agreement will be used to govern your stay.

This lodging opportunity is limited to the period until end of March 2021, after which I have alternate plans for the house. I will consider lets shorter than this. Talk to me. Ideally lodgers should visit, but if that is not possible then a skype interview is preferred and a reference(s).
