Looking for flatmate in Inverness city centre

Hello,
I am a literature and Scottish history student at Inverness College and live in a flat right next to Inverness castle with the river on the doorstep. My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I will have a room available and would like to find someone else to share the flat with.
I am rather socialble and like going out for coffee or to the pubs in the evening and also like to have friends over. As I sometimes have friends from Germany stay with me or from other parts of the UK there will occasionally be people staying over with me for a week or two, which means the living room gets an airbed put up in for this time. Of course I am just as fine with any flatmate to have friends/family stay over too!
I like cooking and baking and going for walks. I am a vegetarian myself but would be fine with anyone cooking meat and I do not try to convert anyone. I am a published author so outside my studies I still spend a good deal of time on the computer working on my books, but that doesn't mean that I need it completely quiet - my former flatmate and I used to both study/write in the living room at the same time and it always worked out well. I also work as a volunteer with the livestock at Culloden Battlefield, riding the horses and sometimes help looking after the cows and goats.
I wouldn't consider myself as terribly tidy with everything in the right place all the time and to be very honest I have a lot of books so there are also a couple of them in the living room. However, I do need a certain level of cleanliness and make sure the place gets hoovered regularly and kitchen & bathroom are clean.
There is no TV because if I watch a movie my laptop is enough for me, but if you want to bring/buy one there is a space in the living room that could be used.
As a student I have a council tax exemption. It would be easiest for me to move in with another student who has the same exemption. However, I could have a non-student live with me, but in that case 75% of the full council tax would apply for the flat and that would be needed to be paid by you.
